Silent lightning, i saw it in a dream
Shapes disolve but childlike ghosts they do not
I wish that you were here while you were leaving soundless air inside your living room
Touched like an angel, her light is so bright that they all look away

Never went to sleep at night, artic sea was cold and bright
now houseflies in the mist
strangers never meet out here, you could walk straight for a year

The chill of the stars like lights of distant cars
Sulphurous clouds plume like faces
Frozen in a lake with seasons unawake its painted blue for you
Heart of mine froze inside of the place where winter died

I cant resist

now houseflies in the mist

Noone can exist
Flower in the night alone, Yearning where the sun had shone
The sun has eclipsed


The books are all so dull, seagulls leaving skulls, wind-blown wishing wells
Forgotten who we are, bathing suits and scars, polyester cars
Something natural, dreamt of grocery stores and motorbikes and more
I forgot the face of home, im a bee free from the swarm, alone in the storm
(bree) You are stranded here, all hope abandoned here, the valley floor is near
the sun forgot to climb, there is darkness inside mine, the mist still in the brine
Where land is never dry, theres salt inside your eyes, with despair you fought the fire
No treetops shelter you, white-faced you split in two, to die a death thats new
